By accessing or using Strata ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Strata is an AI-powered assistant for Singapore property agents. The Service provides automated lead qualification via WhatsApp, viewing scheduling, and agent dashboard tools. Strata acts as a tool for licensed property agents and does not itself provide real estate advisory or brokerage services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Strata. The Service is designed for property agents and real estate professionals. By signing up, you represent that you are authorized to use the Service for property-related purposes.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to collect personal data without proper consent.
  • Misrepresent the AI assistant as a human agent to leads.

6. AI-Generated Content

Messages generated by Strata's AI assistant are automated responses. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete information. You are ultimately responsible for all communications sent through your account, including AI-generated messages. Review AI responses in your dashboard regularly.

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Access to Strata requires an active paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Strata is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and obtaining necessary consent from leads before collecting their personal data through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Strata is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost deals, missed viewings, or inaccurate AI responses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
